ART DISPLAY AREAS FOR RENT
Life On Its Side Studios has a variety of areas for rent per month for artwork, jewelry and other items to be displayed. Currently, there are five areas available for rent:
Area 1: Corner space - two wall spaces and room for a small table - $200 per month
Area 2: Wall space only approx 4' wide, room for a small table - $150 per month
Area 3: Corner space - two wall spaces and room for a small table - $200 per month
Area 4: Wall space only approx 4' wide, room for a small table - $150 per month
Area 5: Wall space only approx 4' wide, room for a small table - $150 per month
Rentals are available month to month.
Artists pay rental fee only, no commission. All artwork must have a QR code for payment. An inventory list can be provided with prices that include tax. Artists are responsible for paying and filing any sales tax collected.

Every other Sunday, the Uptown MKT Art Market will take place at 5422 Magazine Street from 10AM - 3PM. Only ten (10) vendor spaces available. First come, first served.

ARTIST AGREEMENT FOR UPTOWN MKT ART MARKET
Artists are expected to maintain a professional manner with all visitors, other vendors and Uptown MKT management. Any unbecoming behavior can result in removal from the market and termination of any future schedule dates.

● 9 AM: Load-In
● 10 AM: Doors
● 2:45 PM: Closing out final sales
● 3:00 PM: Doors close
LOAD IN:
● Load- in: 9:00 AM
● You can unload gear at the gate in front of 5422 Magazine Street.
LOAD OUT:
● Load-out: 3:00 PM to be completed no later than 4:00
Community Responsibility: Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in shared spaces is a requirement and the responsibility of each individual.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once dates are confirmed, the artist is fiscally responsible for those confirmed dates unless it is rained out which the market will decide the day of. No refunds.
PAYMENTS:
● Vendor fee of $25 paid in advance – Venmo – Uptown-MarketLLC or PayPal via Artist Portal
● Artists retain 100% of profits from all sales
ARTISTS NEED TO BRING:
● Display (including tables, chairs, linens,tarps etc.)● Power is not provided.● NO pop-up tents are allowed
PARKING:
● None provided, but as the market is on Sunday, street parking is free.
LATE ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES:
● Late arrivals and early departures are currently NOT allowed. If a vendor is late setting up, it may disqualify them from vending at future markets.
