Reverse Stencil Watercolor Workshop
Make beautiful abstract art!
What exactly is reverse stenciling?
Instead of painting inside of the stencil, we'll use a watercolor technique to remove the paint, "reversing" the stencil. It's an easy and fun technique that creates beautiful artwork!
You'll learn a couple of new watercolor techniques as well as how to "lift" watercolor to create these incredible images. As with all of my classes, you'll learn something about color theory as well.
I will provide a wide variety of stencils to choose from. You're welcome to bring any stencils you have from your craft hoard and we'll see how they work!
You can choose to make one 9x12 painting or two 6x8 paintings.
Please dress for mess. Trust me, this gets messy!
Snacks and drinks will be available.
Great for ages 10+. Children must be accompanied by adult.
Because the world is crazy right now and everything is insanely expensive, I'm offering this workshop for only $30 per student. This is a reduced fee for this event ONLY. Because of the reduced fee, no senior discount will be offered.
